We shipped seven HLP-100 fully automatic manifolds on October 30, 2026. The batch includes units labelled for oxygen, medical air, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide. We packed the cabinets individually in wooden cases, with protective material around the housings and film over the front displays.

Cabinets and internal components

The HLP-100 cabinets have a front display, a gas-service label and a lockable cover. Inside, the pipework, pressure gauges, valves and wiring are mounted within the enclosure. Opening the cover gives access to these components and the connections behind the front panel.

For an equipment enquiry, the gas service and connection requirements need to be specified for each unit. A mixed-gas order also needs a clear quantity breakdown so that the labels and requested configurations can be matched to the equipment list.

Individual wooden-case packing

We used individual wooden cases for this seven-unit shipment. Foam and other protective packing sit between the cabinet and the case, while film covers the display surfaces. The closed cases carry “AUTOMATIC MANIFOLD” markings.
