We assembled 15 BHU210-73 bed head units in this workshop batch, fitting the lighting, medical gas outlets, nurse call substation, power modules, switches and end caps.

Lighting Section Assembly

Our staff position the LED light strip inside the channel and fit the blue lampshade over the lighting section.

Medical Gas Outlet Installation

We fit the medical gas outlets into the panel openings and install the decorative rings around them.

Nurse Call, Power and Switch Modules

We secure the nurse call substation, power socket modules and light switches in the prepared panel openings. Their arrangement follows the configuration for this batch.

Housing Completion and Batch View

We fit the trunking end cap to close the housing. The finished units are arranged together in the workshop.
