BHU210-73 Batch Assembly: 15 Bed Head Units in the Workshop
This workshop batch covers the assembly of 15 Kersai BHU210-73 bed head units. The photographs and video follow the main visible steps, from the LED lighting section and medical gas outlets to the nurse call substation, power modules, switches and end caps.
The finished-unit photograph shows part of the batch. The material documents workshop assembly only; it does not represent on-site hospital installation or a test or certification result.
The build begins with the lighting section. The LED light strip is positioned inside the channel, followed by the blue lampshade that covers and finishes this part of the housing.

Medical gas outlets are fitted into the prepared positions on the front panel. After the outlet body is set in place, the decorative ring is installed to finish the opening around it. The photographs show the physical assembly sequence without making a claim about gas type, commissioning or performance.

The nurse call substation is secured in its panel position. The power socket modules and light switches are then fitted into the row of prepared openings. Their exact specification and arrangement can vary by project, so the configuration shown here should be treated as this batch's workshop build rather than a universal specification.

The trunking end cap closes the end of the housing and completes the visible profile. The final photograph shows several completed units from the 15-unit batch arranged together in the workshop.

The 59-second workshop video follows the same visible sequence, including the lighting components, medical gas outlets, nurse call substation, power modules and completed units. Select the image below to play it.
