We assembled two Kersai Bed Head Unit 307 units, fitting the end caps, gas outlets, power sockets, LED light strips and panel seals.

In this configuration each unit carries medical gas outlets along the upper band, a row of power socket modules with a light switch below them, and an LED light strip inside the lighting channel of the housing.

Trunking and End Caps

The aluminium trunking forms the body of the unit. Our staff fit the end caps to close the ends of the housing.

Medical Gas Outlets and Trim Rings

We fit the medical gas outlets into the upper band and secure them from the rear, then press the trim rings into place.

Power Sockets and Light Switch

We fit the power socket modules and light switch into the lower band and secure them in the panel cut-outs.

LED Light Strip and Seal Strip

Our staff lay the LED light strip in its channel and press the seal strip along the trunking panel.

Completed Units

The two completed panels are arranged on the workshop bench.
