These workshop photographs follow the assembly of the Kersai Bed Head Unit 307, from the aluminium housing and lighting channel to the power socket modules, medical gas outlets and the finished panel layout.

The unit shown combines European-standard power socket modules, a switch, two small gas connectors and four medical gas outlets arranged in two bands on the panel. The photographs show the configuration of this batch.

Panel and Lighting Channel

The housing carries the lighting channel and the cut-outs for each selected module. The photographs below show the panel during assembly and the gas outlet positions along the unit.

Power Sockets and Interfaces

The socket modules are fitted into the panel and secured from the rear before the outer frames are closed. The smaller connectors sit between the socket groups.

Medical Gas Outlets

Each medical gas outlet is set into the panel and pressed home so that the outlet sits flush with the surrounding frame.

Completed Panel Layout

The finished view shows the socket row and the four medical gas outlets as arranged for this batch.
