We assemble the Kersai Bed Head Unit 230 housing and front panel, fit the gas terminals and electrical modules, and secure the end covers.

The units shown combine O₂, AIR and VAC terminals with red and white power sockets, switches, a short accessory rail and a reserved interface opening. The photographs show the configuration of this batch.

Panel and Housing Assembly

Our staff fit the front panel to the housing and secure the short accessory rail alongside the module openings.

Medical Gas Terminal Assembly

The gas terminal assemblies inside the housing have copper tube connections. We position the O₂, AIR and VAC terminals through the panel and fit the surrounds and identification covers.

Electrical Modules and Faceplates

We fasten the electrical modules to the panel, then fit the red and white socket faceplates.

End Covers and Overall Layout

Our staff secure the end cover to the housing. The panel layout includes the gas terminals, electrical modules and reserved interface opening.
