Product Introduction:

The oxygen flowmeter is a flow regulation and humidification device that connects the oxygen source to the patient. It precisely controls the oxygen output rate using a high-precision float flowmeter and humidifies the oxygen through a humidifier bottle, preventing dry gas from irritating the patient's respiratory tract. Manufactured with medical-grade materials, it features smooth flow adjustment and reliable sealing performance, making it suitable for various clinical oxygen therapy scenarios such as wards, emergency rooms, and rehabilitation departments.


TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. Appearance

The appearance of the inhaler should be smooth,with uniform color and clear,consistent patterns. It must not have defects such as exposed base,delamination,bubbling,peeling,cracking,or whiteningthat significantly affect the aesthetics.

2. Working Pressure

The inhaler should function normally within the pressure range of 0.2MPa to 0.3MPa after pressurere duction by the central oxygen supply system.

3. Flow Range and Basic Error

The flow range of the inhaler is 1L/min to 10L/min (or 15L/min)with a basic error of±4%of the maximum indicated value.

4. Safety Valve Discharge Pressure

When the output pressure of the inhaler rises to(0.170.05)MPa,the safety valve should automatically discharge.

5. Inhaler and Oxygen Pipeline Terminal

The inhaler connects to the oxygen pipeline terminal with a quick-connect and disconnect fitting.After connection,the joint should be well-sealed with no oxygen leakage.

6. Oxygen Output Connector

The oxygen output is connected to a delivery tube via a tapered connector.

7. Flow Tube

The flow adjustment valve of the inhaler should be easy to operate,with appropriate tightness,the float in the flow tube should move flexibly and smoothly,rotating the flow adjustment valve clockwise reduces the flow,and counterclockwise increases the flow with markings indicating the direction.When the flow adjustment valve is closed,there should be no oxygen output.

8. Sealing

When the inhaler is subjected to a working pressure of not less than 0.4MPa at the input,there should be no air leakage at any connection.

9. Humidification Bottle

The humidification bottle of the inhaler should be colorless and transparent or translucentwithmarkings for the highest and lowest liquid level indicators,and should be filed with an appropriateamount of water.lt should not crack under a pressure of (0.17+0.05)MPa.
