HLP-100 Automatic Manifolds: One Oxygen and One Nitrous Oxide Unit
This HLP-100 automatic manifold update covers one oxygen unit and one nitrous oxide unit, two units in total. The photographs show the cabinet exterior, the internal pipework and components, the two units with their covers raised, and the wooden packing cases. A short video follows the same sequence from product views to closed cases.
The two gas services are identified on the equipment. The closed cabinet photograph has a Nitrous Oxide label, while the internal close-up shows Oxygen labels on the copper pipework. Keeping these views together provides a clearer picture of this batch than an exterior photograph alone.
Model: HLP-100
Oxygen: one unit
Nitrous oxide: one unit
Total: two automatic manifold units
The front view shows a white enclosure with a blue panel labelled Automatic Manifold and Nitrous Oxide. A rectangular display window occupies the centre of the panel, with protective film still visible over its surface. Connection points can be seen at the sides of the enclosure, and the lower edge has a handle and fastening arrangement.
This photograph records the appearance of the nitrous oxide unit before the packing sequence shown later in the report. The display is not illuminated in this view, so it does not provide an operating pressure or live status reading.

The internal close-up shows the oxygen-labelled pipework, brass-coloured components, dial gauges and connecting cables mounted on a dark backplate. A lever handle is visible across the central pipe arrangement, with a blue actuator below it. Gas identification labels remain visible on both sides of the upper pipework.
The closer view helps explain the layout behind the cover. It shows the relationship between the pipe runs, mechanical components and instrumentation without relying on a schematic. It is a product photograph rather than a recorded performance test, and no pressure rating or changeover setting is assigned from the image.

The wider photograph shows both units side by side, each resting on a wooden base with its cover raised. The open covers reveal the electronic connections behind the front panel as well as the internal mechanical assemblies below. Support struts hold the covers in the raised position in this view.
This view connects the single-unit details to the confirmed two-unit batch. It also makes it possible to compare the overall enclosure layout across the oxygen and nitrous oxide units while keeping their gas-service identification separate.

The next photograph shows the closed enclosures positioned inside separate wooden cases. The oxygen marking is visible on one front panel, and protective material is present around the equipment. Additional loose components appear in this packing photograph; the confirmed quantities in this article refer specifically to the two HLP-100 manifold units.
The final photograph shows both wooden cases closed. It completes the visual packing sequence, from open equipment views through placement in the cases to the closed lids. These images document packing rather than destination arrival or installation.

The approximately 16-second video shows the cabinet front, internal components, the two open units and their wooden cases. Open it on YouTube to see the sequence alongside the photographs.
