GVB-3 Medical Gas Valve Box: One-Unit Workshop Assembly

October 15, 2026

This workshop photo report follows the assembly of one GVB-3 medical gas valve box, from the pipe-and-valve assemblies to the alarm panel and the completed cabinet. The finished unit shown here has three labelled services: oxygen, vacuum and medical air. Ten photographs and a short video show the main stages recorded for this unit.

The model and quantity for this update are GVB-3 and one unit. The photographs focus on the workbench process and the finished configuration, giving project teams a view of both the front panel and the pipework behind the cabinet door.

Pipe-and-valve preparation

The first photograph shows a copper pipe-and-valve assembly held in a workshop fixture, with a gauge and connected tubing visible beside it. This is followed by views of three pipe runs being secured to the mounting panel. Each run has a lever-operated valve, and the copper pipes are supported by green mounting clamps.

In the next close-up, a technician works on a small branch connection beside the main pipework. These views show the arrangement of the components during assembly, before the cabinet is closed. They do not provide a recorded test pressure, acceptance limit or calibration result.

A further photograph shows the white cabinet with the three copper pipe connections projecting through its side. A technician is fastening the cabinet assembly on the workbench. The image links the earlier pipework views to the enclosed unit and shows how the connection layout appears from outside.

Alarm display boards and wiring

The electronic assembly photographs show three display boards and a separate control board laid out on a green workbench. Display segments and indicator lights are visible while the boards are connected. Subsequent images show the boards being secured behind the door panel and the wiring being connected inside the assembly.

The three display rows correspond to the service labels on the finished front panel. Keeping the board installation photographs alongside the completed faceplate makes the sequence easier to follow: separate boards on the bench, mounting behind the panel, wiring, and then the front overlay. The workshop images document these stages without establishing the final alarm settings or operating thresholds.

Front panel and finished unit

The next stage shows the labelled front panel being fitted. The completed cabinet has a key-operated door and a panel labelled Medical Gas Alarm. Its three service rows are marked Oxygen, Vacuum and Medical Air, with a digital display area and status indicators beside each row.

The final open-door photograph provides a view of the three internal valve assemblies and their gas-service labels. This complements the closed-door photograph, which shows the overall appearance of the completed GVB-3 unit. Together, these views help explain the configuration more clearly than a front photograph alone.
