KERSAI Three-Stage Compressed Air Precision Filter
The KERSAI series of precision filters employs a multi-stage, progressive purification solution, consisting of a Q primary filter, a P intermediate filter, and an S precision filter. These filters sequentially trap solid particles, liquid condensate, and oil mist aerosols in the compressed air, continuously improving the purity of the air supply. They are widely used in hospital medical compressed air supply systems.
Three-Stage Filtration Roles
Q Filter (Primary Filtration): Intercepts rust, dust, and large solid particles at 3 μm, providing initial purification of the airflow and protecting downstream filter elements.
P Filter (Intermediate Filtration): Separates liquid water droplets and condensed water from compressed air at 1 μm, removing most liquid contaminants.
S Filter (Ultra-Precision Filtration): Captures suspended oil mist and microscopic water vapor at 0.01 μm, achieving deep purification of the air supply.
